Nuklear Puppy has been Edinburgh's cornerstone for hard music 10 years now, and is also responsible for probably 9 out of the 10 most drunk times i have ever been in my life lol!! They haven't run a party for 3 or so years now, but for the 10th anniversary they decided to hold a reunion party with myself, Phil York, Lisa Lashes and Jason Cortez. Now one of the most renowned weekends on the white isle, Ibiza never parties as hard as it does when Radio 1 are in town!! This year we took over the world renouned Space night club. I was luck enough to be playing closing set on the terrace... and despite the usual music policy, I certainly didn't pull any punches with hardness! I think it's safe to say it worked, and I'm sure I must have set a new speed record in the club, check the video for proof lol!

I first played Defqon back in 2006 and I have been lucky enough to play it many times since representing hard dance in teh Orange arena, however this year I was given the honour of playing on the main Red stage. For a hard dance music DJ, this is the eqivilant of reaching the world cup final!! Half an hour of my set was broadcast, and subsequently uploaded everywhere, but this is the full set from start to finish in perfect quality!! Thanks Q Dance, and enjoy!

One of my most fun sets of 2011 was this B2B pool party set with DJ Hixxy! It was a completely unplanned mashup of everything from oldskool to hardstyle to drum 'n' bass. Really nice to DJ in an evironment completly different to the usual club vibe, some people raving away in the pool, others just chilling in the sun havign a drink!! This set perfectly captures the vibe fo the event.

I never feel more bless to be involved with Radio 1 then when I'm asked to play the live events, and this peaks every year with Radio 1's Big Weekend - a two day free festival!! This year we headed up north to Carlisle with a crazy lineup of pop starts along with my fellow jocks on the station!! The weather was FAR from great, but Carlisle represented BIG TIME :D
